Love Mist

Close your eyes, spray around you and into your space. Now take three slow deep breaths.

Sit in a comfortable position on the floor or in a chair. Spray the Love Mist around you and your space.

Close your eyes and breathe deeply into your chest and stomach, focusing on the gentle rise and fall of your breath for three breaths.

Now, imagine a beautiful pink lotus or rose (whichever flower you are drawn too) in the centre of your chest.

As you breathe deeply and slowly, imagine the flower opening and as it does a beautiful golden light infused with pink and green specks flows out of it and fills your chest.

Allow yourself to feel the sensations or images of this experience. Repeat aloud or in your mind. “I forgive myself; I love myself and I accept myself”. noticing what you feel/sense with each expression.

If you feel resistance, simply allow the energy of the flower to keep filling your heart. When you feel ‘full’ open your eyes, try expressing 3 things you are grateful for and continue the practice of gratitude each night.
